I’m really impressed with the Carote non-stick pan! From the first use, it heated evenly and cooked everything without food sticking — even eggs and pancakes slid right off with minimal oil. The non-stick coating seems durable so far, and cleanup is a breeze (just a quick wipe or rinse). It does discolor but does not affect its capabilities at all. The handle stays cool and feels secure in your hand, and the overall build feels solid for the price. It’s also lightweight enough for everyday use but still feels like good quality cookware. So far it’s lived up to its claims, and I’d definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a reliable non-stick skillet for everyday cooking.

Great pans and are nonstick. These come dissasembled with wooden handle and screwdriver and great instructions. Pans are really good at not sticking, and are easy to clean. Not too heavy (even the big ones are nicely weighted) but are sturdy. Cooks evenly and works well. Perfect size. Excellent value for the cost!

The weight of this pan feels solid and long lasting. It’s not a cheap, lightweight pan and lid that are common with so many low priced products. The breakfast sausage cooked evenly and seemed to cook faster than my old pans. I was able to just wipe the pan clean. I want to buy more pans from this company.

I used this pan for the first time to make an omelet, and I was genuinely impressed. The omelet slid right out with zero sticking, even without much oil. Loved the look of this pan. The design is gorgeous, the color is so pretty, and the size is perfect for big family meals. I cook several times a week and the nonstick performance has stayed great. Food releases easily and cleanup is simple. I’ve had it for about three months on a gas stove and unfortunately the pan has discolored pretty quickly. It happened gradually but definitely faster than I expected. It could be something I did or didn’t do right since I use medium to medium-high heat and it may have been put in the dishwasher by my kids. The handle has never gotten hot for me, but does show some burn marks on the bottom side. Overall it’s a beautiful pan that works well, but the discoloration is the only drawback.

I don't normally write a review but thought I would on this one! Have had it for a little over a month and it performs very nicely so far and is easy to clean! I love the wood handle on the pan itself and on the lid as they don't get hot! All around. Nice pan. I would recommend this product

Our CAROTE non stick frying pan is a great addition to our kitchen. My husband is very hard on skillets and we usually need to replace them somewhat frequently. After using and loving a CAROTE pot in the matching style for several years, when I saw this frying pan in my suggestions I bought it for him - it’s been a few weeks of heavy use and he’s happy with how it cooks, I’m happy with how it is holding up, and my in home care giver (professionally trained chef) who helps with my meal preparation has been impressed with its performance as well. Amazing quality for the cost. If it’s anything like the pots of the same brand it should last us for years.

A beautiful pan with wood handle to eliminate heat conduction. The lid also features a comfortable wood "knob" shaped as a little rectangular arch with enough room for a couple fingers to ensure a stable grip. Phillips #1 screwdriver included to install handle, however I found a Phillips #2 better suited to the task. Make sure you remove a silicone ring from the underside of the lid. It's only obvious from reading the enclosed instructions. Pan performance is superb! Again, read Carote's manual; low to medium heat only, let cool before immersing in water, don't drag the pan across a surface. Use silicone, or wood utensils as metal can scratch the surface. The non stick, easy release claims are true. Be aware that cooking high sugar content foods cause some temporary stain, but is easily and quickly eliminated with soaking briefly in soapy water. A soft cellulose sponge works fine. I've ruined all my pans by ignoring the law of physics, but am determined to use this beauty for years to come. It's perfect for one person and is a joy to use.
