Looks really nice and installed really easily
The media could not be loaded. Looks really nice and installed really easily, but the critical components are made from plastic. Only the outside parts are metal. My faucet worked well for two weeks and then started getting wobbly, though it was still securely mounted to the counter top . I examined it and found that the plastic interior piece had come adrift from the metal outer part and this was allowing it to wobble so badly that I had to remove it since I was worried that it might spring a leak.So I contacted product support and they seemed not to understand the issue - requesting photos. I made the attached video for them. The communication from Delta product support has not been great and I've not had a written response from Delta with an explanation of the problem and an indication of how they plan to resolve it. I did received a bunch of automated emails titled "Repair Parts Order Confirmation" and then various "Repair Parts Order Update" but I have no idea what they are sending me.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET...YOU WILL PULL YOUR HAIR OUT AND STILL GET NO WATER!!!
I can't tell you how much I hate this faucet. After one week it decided not to work AT ALL. The touchless feature is absolutely USELESS. It has a mind of it's own. I have actually spent upwards of 3 minutes multiple times a day trying to get the light to come on so the water will flow. When you write to Delta they give you a list as long as your arm about special sensitivities all the wires underneath the sink must be subjected to. The wires can't touch they can't even be close to one another. I specifically bought the AD adapter so I would never have to go thru battery replacement. The Delta people told me TO STILL PUT BATTERIES IN the pack even though I have the AC plug as a back up...and it must be resting on the ground. BATTERIES ON THE GROUND OF a sink cabinet? Why would I ever do that? All the potential spill of chemicals and cleaners...no way. Plus...from what they say these wires under the sink are like delicate little flowers....one bit of movement and everything stops working. How many times a month do you go under your sink and move stuff around as you're looking for a specific item? Way too many times for me to have to worry about these wires crossing FOR THE LIFE OF THE FAUCET???????? No thanks. I am returning it. This faucet should never been offered to the consumer without correcting all these issues.

Horrible DELTA customer service, Good-looking short lived faucet. UPDATE 2018---AVOID
Update April 2018: 1 year later and the cartridge assembly fails !! Part not available anywhere. AVOIDTerrible DELTA customer service. Faucet installed easily but stopped working after 1 month. Called Delta customer service who asked for 6 pictures of the installation. We provided the pics, then 3 days later we got an email back asking for even more photos after we put the battery on the floor (it was already on the floor), separated wires (they were already separated), and reset the solenoid which had already been done by replacing the perfectly good batteries. DELTA hopes you won't call back and they attempt to wear you out with waiting and answering frivolous questions/adjustments, and nearly ending up injured climbing under the sink to take even more pictures. We discovered the defect ourselves which is the very flimsy, loose, and puny clip that connects to the mounting hardware. DELTA should take note of their poor customer service department and fix this ill designed floppy component. Never again. Nice idea, horrible customer service.

Delta quality has disappeared
When we built a new custom kitchen in 2001, I had the crew install a Delta faucet, small curved neck with pull out spray head design. That faucet lasted just fine until this year, 2018. Now that was a FINE faucet! I couldn’t find the same Delta design, so I went with a Moen that looked similar. It last 2 months and broke. There’s your $125 dollar plastic down the drain. Then I got another Moen, little different design, thinking I got a lemon. It lasted about three plus months, leaking, bad seals, body would not stay tight and twisted around all over the place. SO, I figured I just have to go back to Delta because the faucet we had was so good for such a long time, as things like this should last really! I did a lot of reading and looking. The designs were really different with those big swan necks now. I didn’t want anything fancy, just stainless to go with the kitchen appliances. so I ordered this Delta faucet. BAD choice. Worse than any of the two/three month Moens I had. It installed easily enough but could certainly use some tweaking in that area. I’m a 66 year old woman and have done lots of installs on faucets and toilets and plumbing in general, so I know what to expect and how things “should or could” work better. I am also an English professor, so let’s dismiss any thought that I don’t know what I am talking about, just to be clear. This is THE WORST DELTA OR FAUCET I have ever known, in our house or anyone else’s! NO WHERE did the description say it was a low pressure faucet. The faucet wastes a whole lot of water — and time—just to heat up, and then there is this two strand twisty tie trickle that comes out. I kid you not. This cartridge squeals almost all the time, really loud at times like a caught piglet. The temperature is impossible to regulate and stay even at a kind of warm temperature— either all hot or all cold and nothing in between. Outside is metal but not all parts of the inside. Plastic parts ARE the problem with a lot of plumbing. It is coming out. I will never buy another Moen or Delta ever again. I am looking at a German faucet right now. What company can continue to make things on the cheap and expect to develop a loyal customer? These cartridges should all be ceramic and metal with good rubber O rings, nothing plastic. Good luck!

Its good for the most part, compared with my old Moen MotionSense.
At my old house I had installed a Moen with MotionSense. It was pretty cool and easy to use, but was occasionally annoying with false triggers. I quite liked not having to touch the faucet at all and always having the water temp set for hands free use regardless of the handle position. For some reason the Moen MotionSense faucets are now wildly more expensive now and much more than the Delta, so when I finally got tired of dirty/wet handles at the new house I decided to give this Delta a try.As far as installation goes, its no easier or harder than any other kitchen faucet I've installed. If your plumbing is newer it will be easy, if its ancient, prepare for the worst. The water control unit and battery pack on the Delta was a fair bit simpler than the Moen, as the Moen control unit works independently of the handle setting it requires multiple water line connections whereas the Delta unit only has 1 in/1 out because it relies on the handle position for water temp and pressure. As far as usage goes, I found the water pressure to be very good. Better than my old faucet, and stronger than I remember the Moen being. The spray head is a bit different for several reasons: i) the button to switch from full to spray is a bit trickier to press than other faucets I use, and retains its setting between uses (most other faucets I've used go back to full position by themselves), ii) it only has a full or spray setting, no hold/off position iii) the spray pattern is actually quite narrow, not much wider than the full position water stream, unlike other more common spray heads that radiate outwards - the farther you spray the wider the spray, this one sprays in a straight line iv) when pulling out the spray head it doesn't tug the hose back firmly, so you guide the hose out and guide the hose back where the magnet then grabs the head. I notice the hose weight underneath is different too. Most sprayers on a hose have a weight attached to the hose to tug the spray head back in. This Delta has a weight, but its loosely around the hose not firmly attached so I think this makes the pull out and tug back force a bit lighter. Finally, the touch features. It works, not much more I can say. If you've left the handle in the right position a quick back of the hand tap gets things going without too much mess and fuss. If the previous user closed the handle, then you have to go back to the handle to get water. Family members still need reminding. The finish I chose doesn't show a lot of touch marks and is easy to clean when they do start to show up. I do miss the Moen always being at the right setting all the time, but it's certainly a lot easier to adjust the Delta if you don't have people messing with the handle too often (the Moen required adjusting a tiny wheel on the control box under the sink).I do like the water temp light at the front, bonus feature. So in summary, the Moen did some things better, the Delta does other things better, but this time, Delta's better price won the day.

US connections. Doesn’t work to it’s full potential in the uk.
The reviews on this product are not from the uk. Bought it and plumber eventually got it working however it will only give you warm water. Needs a different connection. It’s now in the bin. Waste of time.

LOVE
I love this faucet. The Touch2O is definitely a luxury item, but it is so convenient. I have my temperature usually always at warm, with the pressure set to half, and then all you do is touch the top with one finger! After installing I found I use significantly less water, as I can turn it off and on much quicker, and because it's so much quicker Iturn it off and on, during times that I otherwise would have let it keep running ( say between washing potatoes, I now turn it off during the 2 seconds it takes to put down one potato and pick up the second one to wash. )It is definitely high quality and I found it easy to install. The spray function stays on spray until you change it back. I like faucets that change back to the normal mode, but slipping hairs at this point. On an unrelated note, the documentary Earthlings changed my life. I suggest everyone watch it.

Ordinary faucet with 1 (touch) great feature
The media could not be loaded. PRO:- the touch funtion is surprisingly more funtional and less finicky than I thought it would be based on other 'gimicky' value add features from other productsCONS:-Not sure if the price is worth it. Other thab the touch feature, its just an ordinary faucet- not the best looking in my opinion-spray stream is not wide; plus lits of splatter-will take getting used to by some users- future con: sensor system uses batteries. I wonder how many we will run throughOverall: if the touch sensor system is imp to you, which I admit as a first time user I find great, then go for it. Otherwise you can find better options overall specially for this price.-

Very basic and over priced
Purchased Delta because of a very positive experience with Delta warranty claim in the past. Its easy to install. Works ok, but I would expect more for this price. Its plastic covered with thin coating. About two years after purchase the coat started to "buble". See attached image. Contacted Delta will update how it goes with the warranty.
