You only seem to need a little bit of this & your hand are white and ready to go. This is good but after only a few go's the nozzle gets blocked and when you squeeze a little more to encourage it - you've got a load of liquid chalk on your hands. Aside from shaking fellow climbers hands to share the stuff, there isn't much else you can do with it except gave incredibly white hands & an emptier bottle of chalk..

This is a great product and does the job in the gym. The only downside is that if you do not pay attention the nozzle blocks and when you use it it goes everywhere and too much of it. However this is rectified by wiping before use with a cloth or kitchen roll. Other than that a great product.

I use this for ring muscle ups and its far superior to other liquid chalks. Better than frictionlabs, white gold and edilweiss. With massif the Chalk takes longer to dry but once white its so grippy and long-lasting there's no need to reapply. I suffer no skin tears with massif. Highly recommended.

Good decent stuff although difficult to wash off. Noticed price changes a lot and bigger bottle is definitely better value

Best chalk I have ever used!!! Allowed me to have fantastic grip of the bar for weightlifting but not feeling like it was pulling my skin when lifting.Not sure if it's a coincidence but I have 3 new Olympic power lifting PBs since using this chalk!!!!

Use this for when throwing as can’t lick fingers at mo for grip and this is good stuff
