Just needed replace school book

Bought this for my daughter after christmas for her fire she was not very impressed with it. Found it boring

My daughter, Sofia, and I loved this book about Dixie. Its our new favorite series to read together. I've also added this series of books to my classroom library and my students give it a thumbs up, too!

Good read for my 1st grader

Dixie Loves School Pet Day by Grace Gilman with pictures by Sarah McConnell is a very good contribution to the Beginning 1 Reading Series. In the story the lovable puppy Dixie joins Emma at her school’s Pet Day. Dixie is overjoyed. She had never seen so many animals at once. Children will enjoy finding out how Dixie almost got herself in large trouble and how she was saved. But more important than the fun of the story, even though it is lots of fun, children will learn from this book how to improve their reading skills.
