Hi there, a medium accommodates up to a 34'' waist, and a size large accommodate a size 35'' waist to 37''.

I have a 27" waist and a 36" inseam. which size pants and shirts should i order? ps, i'm female but no one has my inseam it seams.

are these good for working out in the garage or doing yard work when it's about 50 degrees?

They are very comfortable, so I do not see why they would not work well under those conditions. I wore these for extra warmth walking many miles throughout Japan in November of 2022. The temperature in the morning was around 45F to 54F.
