Honestly these lights have been a game changer for me! Very bright at top settings and easily adjusted to lower the light as required. I've used virtually no colour-grading in post because the colours I've achieved through these lights are so good. I personally would recommend getting all three too - as it really opened up opportunities for different lighting options. I found the control and choice of different colours to be really flexible and easy to manage. I also hadn't expected I'd use the special effects settings (lighting / candlelight / police car lights) but I ended up using the lightning effect and it was great. The quality of the items feel good and portable case is also sturdy but lightweight and the lights come in individual bags for protection too. Plus I had a query with customer care because I was unsure of one of the settings and they got back to me within a day!

Bought this as a bit of a punt of a amazon lightning deal, and wow I couldn't be happier with the kit.Firstly the build quality far outstrips anything else in it's pricepoint. Even the tripod stands, which are normally very flimsy with these types of lights are incredible, thick, strudy and well made.The brightness and colour reproduction of the lights is incredible, absolutely perfect. The wifi functions are super easy to use, connection was simple and the GVM app is super easy to use and stable! The RGB functions are a fantastic addition making these lights just all round amazing, really very happy!

I have read all other reviews and I'm not sure this product deserves anywhere near the praise it is getting. I purchased these lights as I needed some studio lights for interviews and though the RGB facility would be very useful.When I received these lights I noticed straight away that the carry case was ripped on the zip, however as I needed them straight away I couldn't really send them back. I had to get the needle and thread out and re-stitch the carry case zip which was a bit of an annoyance. When I took them out of the case to try them out they worked fine, however the app for using the coloured RGB,s is really difficult to set up, both the instructions and the youtube video are as much use as a chocolate ashtray.The lights stands are super flimsy, I wouldn't trust them to stay upright if you blew on them so make sure they are leashed. Finally they are pretty weak, don't expect to be able to do too much with them in the way of darkening backgrounds etc. for interviews and alike they just don't have the power.In my opinion just not worth the money.

I’m using these lights for my own video course.. after learning about 3 point lighting, camera iso, shutter speed, aperture & FPS - these lights have made a mindblowing difference to the quality of my videos.Quality wise, they feel well made, flexibility of movement is amazing - totally unrestricted in mounting options.I’ve not used to app yet, but I did download it.I love the flexibility of brightness and the warmth you can add. They don’t even get hot!

Output is pretty good. But access to the computer modes is difficult, and the effects modes are very limited.

Very suspicious of all the 5* reviews. The app will not connect to the lights. A google search quickly reveals that this is not an isolated case.Def going to be returning these.
