It really works.
I absolutely love this! It was very easy to install once I realized that the old washer was still inside the faucet. I’m grateful the female to male adapter was included because I didn’t know I needed it at the time I ordered. You can change the water flow with one click In either direction. I can now wash/rinse my face and rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth at the sink with ease and no mess.

Don't waste your time.....
This says that it came with universal brackets to install it onto your faucet well it would not fit my faucet had to go on a hunt to see if I could find one that would be a adapter to fit it to my faucet could not find it waste of time.

Wash my face
So, I am SO impressed with this. I specifically bought it so that I could wash my face and beard in the morning without water going everywhichway. I have to be careful, adjust the pressure/temp before I turn it up, but that isn't a deal breaker. LOVE this product. It's March -22, I'll update in a month or so about it's reliability, and how it works/holds together.

They are fine.
I just wish the lighter stream were 10 inches higher so that I don't have to bend down so much. The shower stream pattern is already too high and strong that spills all around. A setting in between would have been perfect.

So far so good...
GOOD SWIVEL BUT... becareful cause the difference in pressure between the 'airated stream' vs 'shower' is BIG. So far, so good. If anything bad happens I'll revise the review.

Great for washing your face in the sink.
My wife loves this thing. Took a start off because of how it looks (needs to be better looking) and the second setting is useless. Over all it's great for washing your face and hands and keeps the water running down your elbows when washing your face.

EVERY SINK NEEDS THIS
I love this product! Works flawlessly. I flip it up to wash my face and to fill my Waterpik, I flip it down to wash my hands. I would avoid kid bathrooms because if they forget to turn it down and the water is on high, it could make a mess.

Does exactly what it is supposed to
My kids love being able to drink out of it or rinse after brushing their teeth. The spray setting works great at cleaning up the sink especially after shaving. Simple solution. I only wish it came in nicer finishes. Brushed nickel would have matched better.
