Ryobi ONE+ HP 18V Cordless Compact Brushless 1/2" Drill/Driver PSBDD01 (TOOL ONLY- Battery and Charger NOT included)

Great drill ,seems powerful enough for workshop drilling. Used in woodworking setting . Not sure if it is a design flaw or feature, but the light remains on for 15 seconds after the trigger is released. Does not appear to significantly affect battery life. Planning to purchase another unit

Ryobi is good quality, The drill doesn't have industrial power but it does have plenty of power for home use and small jobs. Good speed settings and adjustable torque. Works well with accessories from the rest of the Ryobi family. Definitely good value for money

I love RYOBI tools. I wish it came in a RYOBI box but still works great. I’d well built too

If you like Ryobi this is a decent tool, if you don't like Ryobi this won't change your mind.

Like many homeowners, I've owned a number of drills. In fact now that I am on the Ryobi One Plus battery system, I have probably three or four drills for different purposes, but this one is the best. This is the go-to drill. It is brushless, it is small and compact, it is high-powered, it looks great, it does exactly what I needed to do, and it never fails. It has a number of great bells and whistles like the light that lights your work area, the great size, the comfortable grip, the overall functionality. I've used a lot of different brands, and some people believe that a drill is a drill, but this one beats the dewalts and the Milwaukee's that I've used. That's right. I said it. I would pick this Ryobi in a heartbeat over any other drill in this price range

I love Ryobi, and these brushless tools are very well made and strong.

Purchased through Amazon since my local Home Depot for some reason did not carry this particular item.There are several Ryobi drills that are tagged "Compact Brushless 1/2 inch Drill/Driver". This model, PSBDD01, is notably smaller when compared to the other models labeled the same. My home depot had two models called "compact" in two different locations in the store. Oddly, they did not stock the DD01 even though they had 1 on display. The Home Depot employee that managed the tool section came up blank when he couldn't explain why he had no record of that model number in his inventory, even though he had one zip tied down on a end cap display.I came home and googled the model number and Amazon had the product, and almost 40% cheaper than the price point at the store. Needless to say I ordered two, without batteries. Came quickly..happy.

Good value, nice size, easy to use, works well with my other Ryobi 18v tools
