Color: Beige, Size: One Size Feather-light, smooth and made of 100% natural wood. Born in Florence, the city of art, beauty and creativity, WeWOOD consolidates the Italian ability to architect unique items. P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); The baby of an Italian shoe dude who loves watches and two eco-smart entrepreneurs with a crush on the environment, WEwood creates wooden timepieces from mostly scrap-wood and uses state-of-the-art Miyota movements for the guts, resulting in a unique watch that's handsome and splash-proof. The first timepiece was designed in Florence, Italy (2010) and with the widespread craving for newstalgia, WEwood hit the scene as the avant-garde approach to sophisticated sustainability. A few months later, WEwood opened a branch in Los Angeles, CA and teamed up with tree-planting-partner, American Forests. With this happy pact, the goal is to help restore Mother Nature, one watch at a time, by planting a tree for every WEwood purchased. In just the first three months, WEwood planted 5,000 trees with American Forests, and sets challenging targets for 2012 and beyond. Keeping forests healthy and happy keeps us healthy and happy, we like to keep our reminder on our wrist. See more

Beautiful watch. Adjustment tool not included.
This watch is beautiful, extremely lightweight and wonderfully simple. Unfortunately, the link adjustment tool was not included. According to the Wewood website, this watch is supposed to come with one. I don't know if this was an error on the part of the shipper or if the version of this watch I received was not supposed to come with that tool. I'm rating this five stars because it really is a great looking watch and this issue will inconvenience me the amount of time it takes to make it to a watch shop. I just wish the tool was included, or, at least, the product description was updated to specify that it is not.

They sent the wrong watch!
I really like the watch I received. I had ordered the blonde colored watch but they sent me the wrong watch which was army green. I wanted the one that "looked like wood" but the green one is nice too. Overall, I'm pleased but this does not change the fact that I was sent the wrong item and had I not decided to go with it, I would have been pretty upset.

Neat Watch - not well made
This watch is gorgeous. Folks are always inquiring about it and the concept of the wooden watch stands out amid all of the other watches on the market. The problem? This particular watch falls apart. And I don't mean falls apart after being well loved and worn... I mean, falls a part after a 3 wears. The screws that hold the band together don't stay in, and if you fail to keep your arm level, they fall out and your watch falls a part. And this isn't exactly a watch that is easy to find replacement parts for. The fitting is also kind of funky for my female wrist. Took the watch in to have it fitted, and can't quite get the right sizing since the links are so thick, it ends up either too big or too small.

Very noticeable
This watch is so different, which is what I love about it. It has a nice sized face, bigger than most, but still dressy enough for work and casual enough for play. Always a conversation starter when people see it.

Everyone loves this thing
I've received so many positive comments on this watch, I love it. I bought the WeWood date as well, but this one is the one that people like the most. The dual times comes in handy for me. It's not an every day watch though as this watch does not mix well with water, so don't wear it in the rain or put it in a sweaty pocket or wash dishes with it on. It's also very light, which I like.

Really Cool
I got this watch for my girlfriend's birthday. She always gets compliments on it whenever we go out, so I guess it was a good choice. This watch is pretty unique and that's what I liked about it.Pros: Not many people have watches like this, so its sure to get noticed.Cons: The watch is a bit fragile. My girlfriend and I tried removing links but almost scratched the links, so we took it to a shop instead. Not a really big deal, you just have to be careful with it.

Cool and special watch
I bought this watch for my husband for his birthday. He loves watches, and gets more compliments on this one than he does his other more expensive watches. This was a perfect gift for something special and unique. It is lightweight. It definitely is a conversation-starter.
