It's a template! Very old school... But I'm glad someone still makes them for sketching overlays and revisions. Gets used a lot in our office. I've had several of these over the years...well made and they last a loooong time.

I like that this was available , what I don’t like is that there doesn’t seem to be other patterns of the same subject with other patterns. I understand that now most things are done with a computer , that’s probably the reason. Thad anyways for what you provided !

Do not buy this template!
It came folded in half and will not sit flat on paper. I returned the first one and they sent me another one the same way. Don’t waste your time and money.
