Great product but be sure you have the ability in your laptop before buy it and one more thing when you connect it and its dont work just connect hdmi with any screen i had that problime in first i was connected with 2 screen via this device and was not working when i connect 3rd screen with hdmi its worked and i make test on this around 10 times its work all the time like this i hope this experience be help for anyone want to buy this product

Originally using the DELL docking station. The expensive one with all the bad reviews. This one simply works. No fuzzy picture.I now have two beautiful 4k monitors working.I am running Alienware M15OS: Windows 10I don't video game, but it works well for work.

I have an MSI Creator Laptop with a RTX 2070 GPU but unfortunately a limited number of ports. I purchased a Sonnet Echo Express SE IIIe Thunderbolt 3 external expansion case in order to be able to use a broadcast quality BlackMagicDesign DeckLink Mini Recorder and a DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K for use in our TV studio as a compliment to our Tricaster system and to use with vMix for our remote guests. That left me with one free slot in the expansion bay. My first thought was...I was an idiot. I should have purchased the expansion case with a power supply so I could add a desktop GPU and drive 2 monitors at 4K. Enter Sabrent. As you can see in the picture I can now drive them beautifully. And best of all I can put the laptop and the Sonnet Echo under the counter top where I can then barely hear the fans. I put them up on the desktop so you can see the setup. In practice I have them underneath the counter. And I saved about $1,500 as I didn't need the more expensive Sonnet Echo or a high end GPU. I would definitely have no problems recommending Sabrent to anyone. Plug n Play with great results.

Lo he probado tanto en Windows como en Mac, y en ambos funciona bien, permitiendo conectar dos monitores en modo extensión (funcionando de forma independiente).La única pega es el precio. Si vas a usarlo en un Mac (MacBook Pro, Mac mini, etc.), merece la pena, porque no he conseguido encontrar ningún otro dock thunderbolt 3 que funcione bien con dos monitores y baje de 200€.Si, por el contrario, pretendes usarlo para Windows, hay opciones mucho más baratas, ya que no necesitas el standard thunderbolt 3 y cualquier usb-c valdría.

aucun signal émis sur les ports HDMI, même après avoir réinstallé le driver Thunderbolt sur Lenovo P53 / Windows 10 pro. Le PC est neuf. J'ai vérifié les cables HDMI séparément et ils fonctionnent si je les branche directement sur un port HDMI avec l'un ou l'autre des moniteurs (4k), et j'ai vérifié qu'un simple cable usb-c fonctionne sur ce port. Mais avec cet adaptateur j'ai invariablement le message "le périphérique USB ne fonctionne pas". Bon pour un retour
