Can I get a replacement please
The media could not be loaded. Hi I bought two sets of the make up for my granddaughters for Easter I and they were really pleased with the item.... it's just that one of the powders is broken and I wonder if you could send us another one please ... I don't think it was my granddaughters fault but I was not watching at the time she opened it ... I am even willing to pay for a replacement but really could do with a new one to complete the set ... many thanks
