Just enough padding but not too much.
This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a simple cover that fits perfectly over the seat of my concept2. It provides just enough padding and comfort that I was looking for. I purchased a different one with memory foam and it was too thick and made the seat feel unstable. This a solid product, if you’re looking for some padding but not too much.

Concept 2 rower seat cushion accessory
Gives my rower a nice pop of color, it fit well, but not much cushioning, but I knew that going in it is as described.

Great Exercise
I really enjoy exercising on this rower. Well made, was fairly easy to put together with quite minimal assembly. Give you the feeling of rowing pretty well. The seat is not very comfortable, sturdy but hard. Also only gave 4 stars as it is very low to the floor. As I'm in my 80's, I find it difficult to get up from it. A little more height would be helpful. Easy to adjust for pull. lots of info on the meter. All in all, a good 20 minute row has really been enjoyable and helped me be more flexible.

Good for what it is
This is a lightweight silicon seat cover. Adds about as much cushion as a yoga mat. For me, that’s all I needed as I am adding distance and getting sore in the behind. Fits perfectly on the Concept 2 seat, doesn’t move, doesn’t change your mechanics, hardly know it’s there. Flexible, lightweight, and easy to clean. Former collegiate rower on pace for 1M meters this year and using on a C2 model D. Good for what it is but some people may want more cushion.

Sharp look
This cover really stuck out to me for it’s sharp color. Overall the cover is not a comfort pad, I had purchased a hornet pad previously. The hornet pad was comfortable but it would soak up sweat and become gross. This vapor fitness cover is perfect, it fits OVER the hornet pad and repels any sweat and it’s easy to clean. My only complaint is that the cover doesn’t fit tightly enough for when the erg is stored vertically and falls off. I wish the cover had either a strap or a clip to lock it onto the seat when stored vertically. Other than that it’s so freaking sweet on the color the retention on the seat when stored vertically is more of just an annoyance. But the hornet pad for comfort then this to protect the pad and to add a pop of color.

Happy with the cover
I don’t have issues with the Concept 2’s original seat, guess I have the right amount of cushion back there. I saw this cover on Dark Horse rowings YouTube channel and I really liked the color. I mainly got it for aesthetic purposes and was debating between the yellow and pink colors, but decided to go with the yellow as I felt it had more of an upbeat energy to it. This is more of a highlighter yellow than a neon green as it looks like in the ad picture. It looks really nice on the machine, and if you watch the video on DH rowing he mentioned that he thought it took the edge off of the feel of the seat and had about a 5-10% increase in comfort- I would agree with this opinion. I did an hour of rowing this morning and my butt is a-ok. I love the pop of color it gives the machine to liven it up a bit. I had this on my wishlist for a while debating on getting it, as I think $50 is a little steep for a cover, but I splurged and I’m happy with my purchase. If you are looking for some major cushion improvements, then you may be disappointed with this cover, as it is just a cover, though it does provide a small amount of added comfort. You could always get this for the color and also another cushion for additional padding if needed. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this cover.

No comfort increase - too hard
The Vapor Fitness seat cover is 3/8-inch, about 10 mm thick and molded to be a good fit on the Concept 2 seat. It’s said to be silicone and seems to be of high quality. Increased comfort is claimed. The seat cover is too thin and hard to provide any increase in comfort, at least for me.I also tried the stick-on seat pads from the Concept2 website. The pads are also about 3/8-inch thick, softer than the Vapor Fitness cover and $3.50 each. First I tried one, then stuck on a second. Not enough help, I’m just too bony, I guess. Better and much cheaper than the Vapor Fitness, though. At the Concept2 site, click on Indoor Rowers in the sidebar, then Accessories and scroll down to the seat pad.I finally bought a piece of Lux Foam - High Quality, 13” x 10” x 3” thick from Foam Factory (foambymail dot com). It cost $12.99 plus shipping, total $24.74. The foam did the trick and I can row without butt pain.
