Made for thick, skinny and all legs around. I work on my legs literally 14 hours a day and these socks have made my confidence to do overtime without any pain. Legs have improved it has shape wear capabilities and I feel so energetic with them than without! QUALITY is amazing accidentally washed and dried them and they did not shrink either built to last!! I tried about 7 different ones. Best ones for overall fit, I could. It find toeless that had the heel in the correct place, so the ankle length were long enough to wear around the middle arch of the foot and all the way up to the panty leg line. One of my legs is smaller than the other so I ended up getting 2 sizes and wearing a 5X & 6X at the same time. My legs are very tender and hurt so I ordered up a size so I could get them on & off. Some compression is better than no compression! Fabric is comfortable & smooth, even though I am in FL at least knee replacement was now in November and not as hot as summer months!

These sleeves are good. They are long enough for me to pull over the top of my foot to prevent ankle swelling & have a lot of support throughout. I had EVA on both legs & need for my recovery. They do roll down a bit at the top, but I’m not sure there is anything that can stop that; hard to fight gravity. They are hot, which will be difficult for summertime.

I just got these today 10/11/25. I have lymphedema. I’ve been looking for a compression sleeve that would fit around my thigh. I’m 5’7” and 355 lbs. I got a 5X. Why are any compression garment so hard to get on? That was a workout! LOL! I love that it fits around my thigh. What I don’t like is the silicone none slip part….immediately rolls down once I pulled the sleeve up. So that part is uncomfortable. Luckily I won’t wear them for long periods of time when I wear them. I don’t think downsizing the sleeve would keep it from rolling. Perhaps downsizing my thighs will. LOL! Other than that, I would recommend these.

I've ordered these in the past and decided to refresh because the compression tires out. Opted for a pure black pair this time... The amount of confusion I had when opening the package is indescribable. I had to check the package and the order because there was no way these were correct. I have no words. I won't be wearing the plain black pair and likely returning them. I'll give it a 4 for the others though.
