I used to think it was impossible!
Husband is vegetarian. I am a reluctant carnivore. This product has made a huge difference in our meals. I can make all of my favorite meat based meals and I cannot tell the difference between this and the real meat! I don’t like it plain, so I goose it with eggs, Panko bread crumbs, milk and finely grated onion. Best meatballs I’ve had in years! It’s a wee bit pricey, but it’s almost worth it!

Impossible Burger is closest can get to real burger
I am a fan of impossible burger, closest taste I can find to real burgers. Not a fan of other veggie burgers, this is my go to choice.

Not meat but not bad!!
This was pretty good! I’m not vegan or vegetarian or anything! Just wanted to eat burgers but not actually eat burgers! And I enjoyed eating these when I got the craving! It doesn’t taste like meat but it does taste good! Please sell more than two at a time …I need like 6 maybe in a pack??? It’s easy to cook and it does have the same texture as a beef burger! If you're new probably will make a face but after a while you get used to it! And it taste better with condiments! Would buy again!

Impossible Burger –savory vegan smoked grilled flavor patty (2pack). Not Bad, Grade; C+
Our review of the Impossible Burger -2pack –plant based vegan patties in short:I don’t eat meat or fish products and I avoid eggs, so am always looking for a great vegan-veggie burger patty. Now, texturally speaking, there are basically two types of eggless-vegetarian to vegan store bought patties. The first, being those among the best tasting being those with a more chewy-bite texture in the patty, and then those among the worst tasting typically being those with a mushy-bite texture in the patty, kind of like biting into a clump of wet-sand or a wet-sponge at best, but overall an odd overwhelming terrible mushiness in texture that ruins the eating experience.Fortunately, the vegan Impossible Burger falls under the former being among the best vegan veggie burgers with a chewy bite texture. And the Impossible Burger also has a smoky grilled flavor that appeals to those who like vegan- bar-b-que as well as former meat lovers that are cutting back on meat intake. If you don’t have a lot of time to cook, currently, you can also try the Impossible Burger King.In addition to being easy to prepare (once out of the freezer, defrost on the counter for 40minutes then continue to defrost and gently chill in the fridge, and spray pan with non-stick fat-free-cooking spray and cook on medium heat on both sides for about 2minutes) and pleasantly chewy overall, I think the Impossible Burger differentiates itself from other vegan patties with it’s smoky undertones of flavor, so if you are in the mood for a char-smoky bar-b-que type taste with your chewy-bite vegan-veggie burger, you will enjoy it, but possibly just not an everyday type of flavor for a veggie burger. While not an every week type vegan veggie burger like the O-Organics brand, we also like, the impossible Burger has a strong, distinctive flavor, so it’s probably best suited to once or twice a month cheat day type meal. Also great for bar-B-Que cookouts, etc!Personally, I am not a big fan of the smokey-char flavorings, so I deducted a few points for that...But overall, the burger was not bad at all, and definitely worth it for movie night or 4th of July type events. To date, of the many brands of VEGAN-veggie burgers available, the two worth looking into that actually have decent flavor and texture are:1. O-Organics (Quinoa & Kale, Black Bean) vegan-shaped like a sunfloweror 6-leaf-clover. –gradeC++/B-minus2. Impossible Burger –savory vegan smoked grilled flavor patty (2pack). Grade; C+And For egglovers:1. Morningstar (SpicyBlackBean, GardenVeggie) Meatless *contains eggs, or egg whites.-most vegetarians hate eggs, btw- but egglovers love the chewy-bite texture and flavor…-- --So, overall The Impossible Burger (2pack) is a definite YES!Our grade: C+; or 3.7125Stars!
