I’m using this fabric for a swimsuit I’m making, and it is AMAZING! Its delicate looking but its sturdy enough to play well on the sewing machine. It definitely stretches four ways, and the cool thing is, since the scales are printed on a mesh, the mesh stretches without distorting the scales. When it is stretched out, the mesh is see through, so I recommend using it with a lining fabric behind it if you’re using it for clothes or costumes. And above all, the pictures do not do it justice. In real life, the iridescence is so strong it’s mesmerizing! I’m using the iridescent green, and sometimes I catch myself just staring at it unable to look away because its that pretty!

1 star. Its grey unless you happen to catch the right light as you turn the fabric in various directions. Even then its extremely faint. Very hard to see any holographic reflection. I wont be using this for my dress after seeing it. Found something more suitible for my project on Etsy
