Though it was used one, I got this in good condition. It has good content.

I bought this book to get batter on my estimating. I'm estimator, I'm general contractor.I Just start reading is such a great book. It explaining estimating proses and help with constructions management aspect as well

Definitely making things harder and more complicated than needed to be if you know your costs and markup that’s pretty much all you need and work up your bid/budget from there.

It is suitable for someone who doesn't have engineering knowledge and can be used in elementary school training and learning processes. However, introducing this book as a graduate student reference book is shameful. If you need to gain starter engineering knowledge, this is good for you, but if you do save your money and time.

This book presented estimating in a way I hadn’t thought about before. I liked the tables and discussion equally. I read it in about 4 hours so you’re not going to need forever to get through it.
