I love my montior but ive lost the charger I've turned the house upside down how do I get a new one? I need it ASAP as use it every day

Was looking for a camera that could capture our entire bedroom - which this does! However night vision is quite poor especially closer to the edges of screen. Extremely fuzzy so many times we've thought our children are moving when they're actually fast asleep. It's REALLY annoying. Not sure if it's a fault with our monitor or others have experienced this too? Had it a few months...

We purchased this monitor when expecting our second little one. We was a little sceptical as it is very expensive, but its exactly what we wanted. You can operate the cameras from the monitor, so no going in and disturbing the little ones. We use the split screen so we can keep and eye on them both at the same time. The battery life is good and the picture quality is brilliant compared to other cameras we have had. Sadly our monitor stopped working after just 4 and a half months of use. However I contacted the support team and received a helpful response back within hours. They tried trouble shooting and gave us some suggestions, all of which we tried but the monitor just didn't want to work, so with no hesitation they sent a replacement out within hours. Not only was I impressed with their speedy response, there was no nonsense like you normally get when reporting issues with things, they tried to help and when they couldn't, they sent the replacement immediately. Some of the best customer service we have recieved and so so helpful. Have already reccomended the product because of how practical it has been for us. Best monitor by far, and I have had a few.

Everything works as it should and is good value for money. I had a very small issue with the volume button and sensitivity on one of the cameras and the customer service received was the best I have had with any Amazon seller. They arranged a replacement camera to be with me within 24 hours meaning I didn’t have to go with out. We got the issue resolved easily and our new monitor is working faultlessly. After a few months the sound button stopped working on the screen. This was subsequently replaced. Now the pan and tilt function has broken on both cameras and since replacing the screen the sound detection on eco/power saving mode has become very unreliable. On the whole poor longevity for an expensive item.

First impressions of this were good, the monitor and cameras look really slick and they even come with wide angle lenses you can screw on. The plugs come with both U.K. and EU fittings that you can slide on or off dependant on which you need. I’m going to keep the EU ones so we can take them on the holiday we keep dreaming about! It also comes with screws and wall plugs if you want to attach it to the wall which is handy.It was crazy easy to set up, you literally just plug the cameras in and turn them on underneath and that’s it! The parent unit worked without me even charging it too which was a nice surprise although it does recommend you charge it for at least 3 hours on first use. The parent unit itself is huge, a lot bigger than our previous monitor so it’s ideal when you want to use the split screen. The menu buttons are quite easy to figure out and you can play lullabies or talk back easily from there. Sound wise the lullabies are ok, you get a choice of 5 but my gripe with them is that the volume is too loud for what we would want, I like the volume of lullabies and white noise to be quite subtle so it doesn’t entertain too much and is more of background noise whereas even on the quietest setting these are still a little too loud for my taste. There is also no option to mute the sound of the room which is a slight drawback for me. I liked having that option on our previous monitor so that if hubby was helping with our little one I could see what was going on if I wanted to but not need to hear them chatter away. Whereas on this one you can’t do that so you just have to turn it off or put on the quietest setting which again is fairly loud.There are lots more positives to this too, the picture quality is good and I love how you can change the viewing angle up/ down and side to side via the parent unit and zoom in or out. There is also a sound bar so deaf parents can see any noises made which I think that’s a really cool feature. Saying that I’ve not been able to get it work on mine so far.Overall I’ve been pleased with these, I think they work well and I love the big screen on the parent unit. There are some things I’d tweak to improve the design as mentioned above but it’s still a great choice of monitor and I’d be happy to recommend it.

This system is ideal from baby through to toddler stage; picture and sound quality Is superb and the motion detector is great. My son and his partner are using this for when they move from a flat to a house as the wee one is not used to stairs. Really pleased with this.
