It's big as it's look really good on my cement kitchen counter top. It is so humid where I live, you need to store the salt in a ziplock before storing in the Pot a Sel container. Worth having it just for the look.

Very nice salt box! Holds enough so you don't have to fill it weekly and keeps salt dry...I use Himalayan Pink salt and have to be careful of that.
