Queda demaciado flojo
Su forma son SPD pero en mis pedales SPD Exustar quedan demaciado flojos, aunque nadie lo dice pero mecanicamente tienen diferentes dimenciones, deberia haber un standar en medias y tolerancias.

Cheap, probably short term fix, but they work if you use them right.
Inexpensive plastic spd converters. I tried to install backwards at first. This makes the clip appear to be too small and explains the reviews that say it does not fit. That is just user error. If you don't get them in right they can fall out, but they stayed in after a little trial and error. I found two pairs are needed for my small cage-less SPD pedals. Converting one side means you have to flip the pedal to use it without clips. Even these lightweight plastic parts flip the pedal when not engaged and flipping the pedal to use it is a royal pain. You can get a stronger set ... at triple the price. Use them right, and with care, they do work. Low profile means you probably don't have to raise the seat. I like them.

It depends on what yo want them for
If you plan to leave them installed on your pedals full time the work. If you want to use them just in case you forgot your bike shoes, not so well. The problem I’d you have to readjust cleat on bike as you install them. The connection to spd pedal is small so you have to really tighten the cleat. Then you have to loosen cleat screw to remove them. Can’t really use them the way I wanted but they were cheap enough I’ll keep them.

Too small for SPD pedals
These are too small for SPD pedals; they wobble around and fall out of the clips. I ended up wrapping the inner piece (akin to the cleat on a bike shoe) in 2-3 layers of aluminum foil, and now they stay on. If you don't mind a little DIY-adapting, they're fine, but certainly not a quality product.Update: that "fix" didn't last. I threw them away and ordered adapters with proper metal cleats. Don't waste your money!

Complete trash
Don’t buy these! Worthless. Made out of soft plastic that will break and deform when you try to fit it into the pedal. “Toe” portion of the cleat is upside down so it won’t interface with the pedal. You will break them the first time you attempt to use them. Couldn’t even get them secured on the pedal before they broke.
