I’m not a fancy cook, but this Ninja air fryer has made life so much easier! I love how simple it is to use—just pop the food in, press a few buttons, and it’s done. Disappointed, exactly two years (same month) after purchased, it has broken and won’t turn on. Surely products like this should last longer than 2 years…

I don't have any cooking experience at all, bought this after seeing my sister use her BND airfryer. Now I cook all kinds of meat in this, mostly without any oil at all. I even made brownies! Looks elegant and well made, the ceramic coating makes everything super easy to clean. Fan noise is also low compared to what my sister has. Fries come out super crispy everytime! Color me impressed!

Quality of material looks very bad. Even though the product is working very well, it feels like it was manufactured out of cheap plastic. Another issue with quality control is that there is inconsistent gaps.
