Q: Do the legs fold flat?

The legs are removable and lock into storage clips on the back of the product when not in use. So no the legs do not fold flat but they can be removed and stored flat so the product remains compact when not in use. Let us know any other questions. Thank you.

Q: Anyone ever used this to hold 3 rods in use while bank fishing? Any way to anchor it down?

Rod-Runners are designed primarily for transporting, storing, washing down, and rigging fishing rods. They are great for bank fisherman to help easily transport and protect multiple rods; spinning, fly, or baitcast. However, we do not recommend using Rod-Runners while fishing because we cannot guarantee the safety of the rods or Rod-Runner and cannot account for the many different conditions and situation that can happen when fishing so just to be safe we do not recommend using Rod-Runners to actively fish. That being said, we have seen and heard from customers who do and have not heard of any problems or issues in over 4 years. Still, for safety reason we do not recommend it. There is currently no way to anchor the Rod-Runner to the ground without using other products but there are several tips & tricks to helps with things like quick rod access, increased stability, and higher ground clearance. Q: What is the diameter of the rod tube holder?

There are two different rod holders on these Rod-Runner Express caddies. The inner diameter of the two outside spinning rod tubes is 1-3/4". The inner diameter of the center rod tube is 2" Thank you, let us know any other questions.

Q: Can this be configured to hold 5 rods

No this is the smaller Express 3 rod model. The larger PRO model holds 5 rods. Let us know any other questions. Thanks.
