First off I wasn't sure if 1800 shared watts is enough power for a dual induction cooktop, but after using this cooktop, it more than enough power to run both cooking surfaces. If you have not used an induction cooktop you don't know what you are missing. I have been able to save so much time when cooking on an induction cooktop versus my standard electric stove stop. I have been using a single induction cooktop for some time now and have been wanting to upgrade to a dual-sided cooktop. After seeing the specs and pictures for the evergreen 1800W Double Digital Induction Cooktop I decided to pull the trigger and purchase one.The unit came well packaged and received it very fast thanks to Amazon Prime 2-Day shipping. It was a little larger than I was expecting as my other Single induction cooktop was designed to barely fit a single pan. The Evergreen double induction cooktop has really taken design and functionality into consideration of their design of this cooktop stove. They have provided ample space between their dual cooking areas. Some other models I have seen look like they crammed the cooking areas tightly together which is not very functional if you are using any pans other than small ones. I have a big family and cook big meals! if you live in a small place and cook small meals than one of those other crammed models might work for you.As far as the aspect of design, I love the way this cooktop looks in addition to my kitchen. The glossy black with the light highlights fits right in among my other appliances. It is not too bulky, but the length of the unit may make it difficult to find a place to store it if you have smaller cabinets.Ease of use. This cooktop was so easy to use with 6 buttons total to operate. Simply power on the unit toggle the function button to temp, and set the temp with the "+" or "-" buttons and your good to go. I tested this cooktop against my electric stove with a water boiling test. I placed 2 pans of the same size, one on my electric stove and one on my new Evergreen 1800W Double Induction Cooktop. The pan of water on the induction cooktop was boiling in a fraction of the time the electric stove took. The cooldown time was a fraction of the time too.Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely consider other products from this company as it seems like they build beautiful sturdy products that are designed with the customer in mind.

This induction cooktop is everything I was looking for. It is a double cooktop. It heats up really fast. I had my ital. sausage cooked up very fast and the cleanup on the cooktop was super fast and easy even with the grease that splattered. The all smooth glass top is great and the black is so sleek looking. I got this cooktop to use when we are traveling in our camper, because there is nothing worse than running out of propane while cooking or having to go outside in the rain to turn the propane on when you arrive at a new place. It comes with a magnet so you can test all your pans before use. The burners themselves are a great size and there is plenty of room in between the burners. It has 15 different heating levels and it is a real plus that you can lock the stove itself. It does come with a countdown timer of up to 4 hours, but I have not had a chance to use it yet in this heat, that will be a test for the cold months cooking meals that take a long time. It does come with a manual.

I have a single induction top, which works fantastic (by a different brand, though) so I thought a double top would have been amazing. The first one arrived shattered, but they sent the replacement quickly enough. Once we got the second one, we noticed that you can only use the 1800 watts it promises one top or the other, or split the power in between them, which makes for a slow cook. Whatever, we tried it anyways, thinking we could work with it. It’s been maybe 4 or 5 times that we’ve actually used it, and one side has stopped working entirely, and the other side is just giving an error code (view in video.) I would have been like many people on here who gave it 5 stars when I first received it, but after just a handful of uses, I regret my purchase. Because of the replacement, I’m already outside of the 30-day refund window, but I’m going to try to fight to get my money back... because this thing sucked!

I am remodeling my Class A Rv and wanted to get rid of the gas range, install a new counter and change from a gas range to a convection oven. I was worried that this might not do the trick because I need to have a edge to hook on to the new counter. Boy was I surprised it works perfect I had already had the counter top made assuming it would fit. IT DOES! not only is it lovely, it is quieter than the very expensive range I paid for in my home.Please be aware that if you are new to induction cooking they DO REQUIRE a different kind of cooking pots and pans. You can use the ones you have at home now IF they if hey say induction or have the little curly cue on the bottom. The only other type of pan you can use is cast iron. I don't know why but it does work I just am afraid of breaking the glass top so I do not use it.If you have never used induction cooking boy are you in for a surprise. you use it like a regular stove BUT you can also set the exact temperature you wan to cook at. If you find that cooking at med high (350 degrees) is to hot just push a button and if you wan to cook at 340 it will do it perfectly AND WILL NOT go over that temp (or any you wish) One you use it 1 or 2 times you will wonder what you did without it

Bought for our AirBnB. Decided we didn't want an oven and needed something that was easy to stow for those disinterested in cooking. This fit the bill. Looks and works great! The operating instructions are a bit confusing but we got it working and wrote up our own "quick start" instructions for guests. I like that the item came with a magnet to stick on the bottom of pots/pans so as to see if they will function with the cooktop. I took it with me to the thrift store to stock up on pots and found several that would work but many that wouldn't. Buyer beware. Easy to clean surface and a good size for fitting 2 large pots on it. We're very pleased and we saved a bundle buying this instead of a stove.
