Got this to skim the surface of my pond and it works well.

Thinking the net should be bit bigger also feels like the pole is going to bend when cleaning the pool, also considering I've only had this a few months not used that much, the net is starting to come away from frame.

Not good at all, you purchase a net and pole and when you receive it you expect the pole to fit the net, wrong I have a net but the pole does not fit. I am just using the net and the pole is in the bin. Should have saved myself the extra and just brought a net on its own. 2 stars as the net on its own is ok

The skimmer does the job and is reasonable value for money. The netting on the skimmer does a good job at being able to hold all the tiny bugs floating on the water surface. The only slightly negative comment is that the handle feels very delicate, so we slowly move the skimmer through the water so as to minimise the strain on the skimmer and handle.
