Service and parts issue in India
If you are buying this in India,1. The service of Neumann India is super slow and parts are mostly unavailable.2. Warranty is only for 1-2 years.3. They don’t replace the product easily.My suggestion: This mic is good but, go for Rode NT1 instead. If trained ears (experienced engineers) do the mix, you wouldn’t even know the difference with the track. So save money and invest it elsewhere. Plus, ride offers 10 years of warranty with multiple service providers in India.
