I've bought 5 of these in the last 3 years for both of my bikes, my daughter's, & friends. Never a problem, easy to install; just your time, & know how to wire so it doesn't get in the way of mechanic when they need to work on your bike. If it's not routed properly & work needs to be done, mechanic may cut the wires to have access to battery or etc. The adhesive is good quality however I always use wire ties to keep secure. Remotes are nice but I never seem to use them since we hardwire ours to button controls.

Best customer service ever! And my lights are back and shine just awesome! I will be buying again for sure!4 months update:one of the light strips stopped working. I had only turned these light about 10 times total, for less than 4 hours all together. Quality is abismal.I stall say is easy enough, although having a way to make some cables shorter without cutting and soldering would be nice.Otherwise, I like the product - a lot of color and modes, doubtful I would ever usemore than a couple, but having some choice is great.Instant red on all LEDs once the brakes are pressed is a nice safety feature too.The only downside, there's a lot of wires needed to be tucked away, but it might be the price for having a somewhat universal harness. Although, I had to buy some extension cords because reaching to front side of the crash guards is impossible even on a smallish cruiser (mine is Hyosung Aquilla).

I was able to install these myself with no help. This is on a moped and it doesn't drain my battery. To make the adhesive stick better I did clean the area with rubbing alcohol first to make sure it was clean before I stuck them on and they have held up perfectly. I like how I can turn them off completely so it doesn't drain my battery while it's parked.

Was great the day I installed them. A week later went out and wouldn't turn on. We'll didnt get a chance to tinker with it at that point and just figured blew the fuse and shorted somewhere. After a hectic life today finally get around to troubleshooting. Disassembled everything on the bike and found no damaged wiring or any signs... weird... let me check the fuse... fuse is good... time to pull out the test light... have power at battery, then have power on both sides of the fuse? But no matter how many times I press the physical button no red light and no lights. Used the fob and app and still nothing. Seems very faulty the little box with the on and off button not working even with no blown fuse? If that shorted out why didn't the fuse blow? Very disappointed now just a waste of money and get to try to find another brand and wire new ones in and hope for the best.

Functions well. My only complaints are the fact that it drains battery when not in use. Plus that the controls aren't very straightforward. A,b,c,d? Buttons could be labeled better. The learning curve is real.
