Very well thought-out and easy to install. Good quality for the price. Mostly made of plastic, not stainless steel, but appears to be well-made regardless. Functions perfectly.

Attractive with a modern feel and the installation was a snap! The water flows out like a tiny waterfall and it flows smoothly with easy to use single handle faucets. And the price was affordable and very well worth money!

Took awhile to arrive but the product looks very nice and was a good value for the money.After installing and testing it a few days later there is a leak in the faucet where you turn the water to hot and cold. After taking off the handle cover I am unsure how to solve and stop the leak.I have called the 1-888 for guidance. There is no way to replace the cartridge behind the handle so they are mailing me a replacement faucet. Price comes with its limitations!Update: faucet is not repairable so you likely should be cautious. I asked for the video on how to change the cartridge but was told it can't be changed. Not sure I would buy it again knowing this. It's cheap in price but that is not good of it can't be repaired.

At this price point, I had concerns about the quality. As a retired kitchen remodeler who sold faucets, I give this 5 stars all around. Very easy to install, but I have a tip. It is almost impossible to get the water supply hoses and the sprayer hose line with connector through the mounting nut at the same time. There's very little room. Save yourself some aggravation. After you feed all of the hoses through your mounting hole or deck plate, pull out the sprayer almost all the way. then, when you're under the sink, feed the water supply lines through the nut first, then the sprayer hose with the connector, then proceed with the install. Also, when you disconnect and remove your old faucet, make sure you remember or mark which water valve is hot or cold. Copper pipes and valves look the same and are not typically marked and this saves you from a wrong connection that you need to correct.

Taking out my old faucet was harder than putting this one in, has a nice adjustable sprayer, a counter balance weight to retract the hose, and honestly just works nice without much hassle or complication, good value for the money, and simple as it needs to be.

Installed this about 3 years ago and it still looks great 3 years later! The pressure is intense and really powers through stuck on food. The only issue is after 3 year the spout started to leak from the push button on the end. I couldn't replace only the small end part that screws on, so I bought a new unit and just replaced the very end attachment. It worked! So for the price this is perfect!

A friend recommended this brand to me and I am recommending it to anyone looking for a new faucet too! Similar types at Lowe’s or Home Depot run for double or triple the price and do nothing different. This one had great reviews, was the style we were looking for and it looked great in my friend’s kitchen so it was a no brainer. Anybody complaining in the reviews definitely had installation/user error because this couldn’t have been easier. We installed ours last night and I’m actually excited to wash dishes again. It was a very simple installation and the improvement from a basic builder grade faucet makes such a difference for rinsing dishes, especially larger pots and pans with the arched design and the dual sprayer nozzle. The base plate is optional too, it’s mainly to cover extra holes in the counter top for older faucet designs (hot and cold sides). We love this affordable and aesthetic upgrade to our kitchen!
