Great exercise piece
Great exercise piece. I’m not doing Pilates yet, but I’ve had 2 hip replacements in the last 7 months. Lots of physical therapy! This ring is good for inner thigh squeeze, outer thigh push. I also use it to tone my arms. Well-made, substantial exercise tool.

Softer ring, gives really nice feedback as you compress it
My Physiotherapist recommended a fitness circle for shoulder rehab and I was nervous to purchase because some of them have very high resistance. This one is very compressible even with significant deficits, but it provides enough resistance that I use it successfully for leg work too. I will purchase something with more resistance in the future when needed but for now, this ring has been serving all of my athletic needs and I use it multiple times a week on the ice and off ice for figure skating.
