Stihl MS311 OEM Replacement
Fit my model but these are engineered to fail. Either the gear teeth break or the tab that moves the bar falls off. Even with thick gear grease applied, it doesn't turn smooth. You have to rock back and forth to get it to mo e sometimes.

It does fit stihl ms391 chainsaw and functions in reverse to tighten chain.
The tightening screw is right hand thread so when the gear mechanism is engaged it moves in the wrong direction. When you turn the mechanism in the direction indicated on the chainsaw it moves the bar in the opposite direction. Other than that it works fine.

Flimsy
Looks like Stihl tensioner for a chainsaw but is a hair off and won't fit, the gears bind, and has too much pay. The material feels like poor quality compare to OEM. Worthless.
