It's amazing what quality control in the manufacturing process will produce. This sprinkler was plug and play, and has worked perfectly ever since. The previous one I bought, not made with good quality control, failed the first usage. Way to go Orbit!. This is the product to buy if you want something that works.

I got a great deal on these; 6 for $71. And they are great quality, name brand sprinklers. … the only issue; the thumb screw diffuser is too loose. The spring is too weak and I am afraid the thumb screw will wiggle it’s way off the sprinkler head. I am going to replace the spring with a stronger one.

The spring broke on the flapper arm that creates the "pulse" on my Orbit tripod sprinkler. I couldn't find a replacement spring (does anyone sell the spring?). Instead of being able to repair it with a 5 cent spring, I purchased a replacement head. It worked great for 4 months, then the flapper spring broke. It didn't even last one summer. The flapper spring seems to be a weak point in this product. Why doesn't Orbit sell replacement springs??? Hope there is a warranty!Follow up:I contacted Orbitonline.com about a warranty claim. Via "chat" they agreed to replace the sprinkler head under warranty after I uploaded a receipt of the purchase. I did have to pay $5 for shipping. I revised my rating from one star to two because of the warranty replacement. Unfortunately, Orbit doesn't sell parts (springs) for the sprinkler head...only the complete sprinkler head. Wish they sold the springs separately and/or installed a better quality spring on the impulse flapper arm. These types of sprinkler have been around for decades and lasted for many years. Like a lot of things formerly made in the USA, they aren't the same quality.

Quality unit, we got up to a 40' radius ( no wind ) with our 58 psi home well water source. I ordered these units for fire protection around our home. Gives me a lot of gratification that the units performed as described.

So far so good. Much better than plastic models and hopefully it will not seize up like my plastic ones.
