can i output the tracks individually in analog?

There are no direct outputs for each channel. However, you could get creative by using the 6 headphone outputs to get some analog outs.

Can I use this to record and stream at the same time?

Yes, this is perfect for recording and streaming. I've done it before, but keep in mind, this provides the audio interface for the stream only. There is no streaming-directly-to-the-internet capability built into the product.

Can u use the (tap) tempo button for the Fx too? ie To set how many seconds the delay should be?

Yes, that is the main purpose I use it for.
