We love just about everything about this patio set. We bought the 7 piece set with aqua blue cushions. The color is AMAZING and what we wanted. The set is VERY sturdy, although not heavy and not super large. It was easy enough to put together as my daughters did it all in less than 2 hours. Directions were straight forward, easy to understand and tools were included (although my husband pulled out a few more to make it easier for the daughters). The packaging was OUTSTANDING! No damaged or missing pieces. The set came quickly with seller following up with tracking numbers and details about how it would be shipped (2 separate shipments). Seller included 2 sets of cushion covers--one in the color I ordered and the dark grey as well. The fire pit has a nice protective cover and the wind guards are a nice addition. The glass on the table as well as the colored fire beads they included (also aqua blue) just give this set a more upscale feel. It really puts out some heat We've had it for only about a week so I can't speak to it's durability, but we believe the cushion material will hold up to our morning sun exposure in AZ and not fade too quickly (and if it does than we have the second dark grey set--YAY!). ALL patio furniture seems to take a real beating in the AZ sunshine, so we're hoping the PE wicker will be fine for several years (at least a couple, fingers crossed!) under our covered patio with only morning sun. If not, we won't feel horrible about having to replace it in a couple years since we didn't spend a ton of money on it. The wicker chairs have a nice foot piece that also adds a bit of upscale feel. It’s a very nice looking set, for sure. Only real negatives we can think of are that we wish it was a bit more comfortable (bottom cushions are a bit stiff but not bad) and just a bit larger in size. My 6’2” husband is comfortable with it so size works for us. So many positives outweigh any negatives…and there aren’t any for us really. And, we think, that with time and use, the cushions will loosen up. We did pay quite a bit for shipping but feel the total cost of shipping and product are still a great value compared to ticket prices on other sets from brick and mortar stores locally. Overall, very happy customers! Great value set! We bought this set for our new patio. We shopped around a lot but kept coming back to this set. Our only hesitation was we couldn’t actually see it before purchasing. I am so glad that did not hold us back. We are so satisfied with our purchase. The set is beautiful. The cushion colors are exactly what I was looking for. The red is not the bright red that comes with most sets but a rusty red. It’s perfect. We have had so many compliments. It’s very comfortable and so relaxing. Very sturdy. Not difficult to put together. It comes with instructions or video setup online. The firepit was also simple to put together and so relaxing to sit around. Our family has enjoyed many nights around it already. I can’t say enough about the customer service. They explained shipping prior to sending and reached out for follow up to see how things went during setup. We had no issues but no doubt in my mind if we had they would have been there for us. I would definitely recommend this set/company to anyone shopping around. You will not regret you purchase.

Everything about this set is high quality and I’m so happy with my choice on this one. It is easy to put together, so comfortable, and looks amazing. The fire pit is truly stunning and compliments the set perfectly. Feel like I’m at a resort just by sitting on my deck. It’s the envy of all my friends and family. Communication from seller from the day I ordered was great. Arrives in multiple shipments but all tracking was people provided and arrived timely. Customer service is responsive and reaches out before you do with details about your order, responsiveness to questions, everything and anything you need. I would totally buy it again but can’t imagine I will ever need to! I wish it came with covers for the off season or at least had an option to get some with the set; hopefully I can find some that work. Otherwise 1000% happy with my purchase on this set!

I had most of my patio furniture delivered but there was one piece that needed to be signed for by Fedex which through me through a loop. the customer service was wonderful though and followed through once receiving a message from me. The packaging was amazing and kept all of the bits and pieces safe and intact. The assembly was easy. Once you did one, the rest was essentially the same. the chairs are fairly comfortable for patio furniture but nothing I could see lounging in all day. I'm sure once the cushions soften up a bit, it'll be even more comfortable. Great product and looks amazing.

The furniture came in 2 shipments and 5 large boxes. This was no surprise as it is noted in the item description. I found it easy to put together due to reviews and videos. I did not tighten any screws until they were all in. I did it by myself and had hubby come tighten the screws. It took me about 2 hrs. Once you do the first chair...you develop a rhythm. There were a few washers missing but I just took 4 from another set. The pieces are large and comfortable. The firepit is larger than expected and looks high-end. I contacted the seller with a quick question and they responded quickly. I can't wait for the rug and decor to come so I can see the final results. Overall I must say I had a great experience and would recommend them.

This set is perfect for my deck!!! The quality of the chairs are very good, the cushions are firm, the piece can be rearranged to what suites you. Another think I like is that the cushion covers can be removed and washed which is a bonus for me. I used the firepit once, it was beautiful as well and easy to use. Loving this set. I strongly recommend for the price.
