Sticker needs to be Burnished before placement.
The vinyl is not sticking to the contact paper. When this arrives you will need to burnish this for at 30 seconds before trying to remove the sticker for placement.

Cute item, but a pain to put on window. Came apart quite easily. Wouldn't recommend.
