MMNNE USB 3.0 Dual Ports Female Panel Type to Motherboard 20Pin Header Cable 50cm

As I was pushing the 20 pin connector into the USB 3.0 PCIe card, the darker blue molding housing the lighter blue connecter actually moved away from the 20 pin connector. I was able to push it back into it's proper position.And the backplane bracket is LOOSE in it's position. You can see it give (pushed into the computer) as you plug in a USB connector.I have a DELL XPS 8930 that has a door that closes on all the backplane brackets and holds them in place. All the rest of the brackets are nice and firm.BUT: The two additional ports are working with both 8 TB hard drives so I will just not be removing and reconnecting the USB plugs. Leave it alone aas it is working.

After installing this and messing with a few other components, my computer would have difficulty posting on the first try - whether the computer was off or after restating windows, I'd have to hard-reset it to get through post on the second try (usually). I wasn't sure it was this bracket, but I didn't want to bother with it at the time.I had a TV Tuner plugged into it and I would - at least once a week - need to unplug it and plug it back in as the device would become completely unresponsive; I'd usually only realize it was unresponsive after a scheduled recording wasn't there. It was too big to plug into another slot, but after a while, I figured it had to be this bracket.So, I replaced it with the VIMVIP bracket and the post problems have gone away and I haven't had a problem with the TV Tuner yet.I gave it 2 stars because at least it didn't fry any components, corrupt data, or anything like that, so it could have been worse.

Easy to install (just made a bit difficult by the graphics card, which I had to remove briefly to reach the motherboard port). Worked right out of the box. I don't even think drivers needed to be installed. Then again, it's Windows 10, and it could have installed before I got around to logging in.
