It's gorgeous. Hard to get the back off, and felt like I was going to ruin or break it doing so. Sadly, while the phone recognizes the SIM just fine, it can't actually connect the network. Calling in to Customer Service, it is impossible to connect it to the network. Too bad. It's perfect for it's price point, and OH So pretty. PLEASE update the description of this phone. All that compatibility information is useless if the carriers won't allow the phone on the network in the first place. Seller worked with me to connect it. When it didn't work out they let me return the device. I love it so much, I chose to take a discount instead. I feel the seller made it right by me, but still think the description is not reflective of reality.

It's atleast heavy duty. Sturdy and has withstood the tests of bang, crash course tests!

although this particular phone did not work with any of the service providers here in Seattle I can't say that the phone is not fully unlocked for other countries or service providers in different states here in the state of Washington it did not do me any good I did receive a full refund for the product although the phone itself was really great and I liked it it just again I cannot use it with my service provider or any other one in Seattle once the company themselves heard about my dissatisfaction they did also try their hardest and did rectify the issue for me which I sincerely do appreciate

The phone 📱 came in a timely manner, I was very happy.

This was supposed to work with t-mobile. After many frustrating hours of trying to get it to work, and calling the provider, there was nothing we could do to get this to work.After contacting blackview, they said it was probably an issue in the phone. I had to send it back. Blackview does not offer any sort of real support, other than to 'return the item'They offered a discount on their A80S and insured me that would work.Low and Behold, that didn't work either. So I had to send that back as well.So my conclusion is that T-mobile does not work on blackview

Great price and an amazing phone

At first, it worked fine, but after less than a month it stopped making and receiving calls--always saying "line busy." I tried every fix I could find including factory-reset and nothing worked. My husband finally found the issue when he went onto the brand website and discovered MANY other people who had bought this phone had the same problem. There's some kind of component that's faulty in the phone. Long story short, don't buy it.
