9 hrs of desk work, this cycle is superb workout throughout the day esp after lunch,m, very light n flexible, has a count to keep track, foldable so i bring home on weekends…cycling while watching TV !!!

Resistance is very week, which makes it useless as exercise machine. Another bad thing is that it heats up the metal to the extent you get burnt if you touch it.

Good exercise machine after I had TKR. My PT suggested I get this exerciser and to use it everyday, two to three times a day, to loosen up my knee and strive for better range of motion while I’m at home. It’s range of motion is not like that used in therapy office, but it helped a lot while I’m a home to keep knee loosen up. Price was good as well.
