nette Echtwachskerzen
Ich hatte mir zwei Echtwachskerzen mit Timerfunktion als Wohnzimmerdeko gekauft. Optisch sehen die Kerzen wirklich schön aus und erzeugen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Leider funktionierte der Timer nur bei einer der beiden Kerzen. Während sich eine Kerze nach der eingestellten Zeit automatisch ausschaltete, brannte die andere ununterbrochen weiter, was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war und sich auch nicht beheben ließ.Trotz dieses technischen Mangels war ich positiv überrascht, dass die Rückabwicklung problemlos möglich war, obwohl die Retourenfrist bereits abgelaufen war. Der Kundenservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Prozess sehr erleichtert hat.Fazit: Schöne Kerzen mit einem netten Design, aber leider nicht ganz zuverlässig. Dank des guten Kundenservices konnte das Problem jedoch unkompliziert gelöst werden.

Prima Kerze
Schön anzusehen und mit warmem LED-Licht. Sie steht bei uns in einem großen Windlicht und ist viel praktischer als eine normale Kerze. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
