I like the added Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids to boost the Vitamin C benefits
I have no complaints with Now Products, and like the fact that these not only include Vitamin C but you get Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids which I read enhance the action of vitamin C, to support blood circulation, as an antioxidant, and to treat allergies, viruses, or arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. So its a super Tablet that I am taking daily and have increased to two tablets to decrease the length of my current cold. I was surprised that they did not have a citrusy taste to them, which I actually like, but they did go down smoothly. I always had trouble swallowing Tablets/capsules/pills until I finally found what works for me, I place the Tablet in the middle of my tongue then get a good amount of water in my mouth, tilt my head back as if I was going to gargle and Voila swallow. Works every time for me now and I can finally benefit from supplements.
