Assuming you mean the driver that the bits mount in, it's plastic on the top by the knob, the 'meat' of the handle has a rubber(y) grip to help in turning it and the end where the bits mount appears to be metal.

Q: Can I use it for all kinds of iPhones ?

I bought this tool set to open a laptop to change the hard drive . It works great, but I don't own an Iphone so I can't help you there

Q: Does the Triwing in this set work on the gameboy advance sp screws around the screen?

I believe the display requires a Tri-Point Y1 which is not included with the Minnow set.
