Great set!!
Great band set. The ankle straps are padded really well and sturdy, the handle straps are very comfortable to use, and the door stop functiong perfect. Webbing is a great thickness. Band ends are labeled well, and all the hardware is very stout and durable and the buckle lock holds strong. Great product !

Not a strech band its a rubber band.
After buying this product I went to decathlon store I compared this product with 10 pound stretch band of decathlon brand, I understiod that this is not a stretch band but a rubber band, not even enough for kids strength.

Perfect for beginners
