I don't see why not. I use it on pretty much everything.

Q: Can you spray this on car door seals to prevent water from getting in?

You can try. It is water resistant, but not sold as waterproofing. It makes things slick. I use it on my snowblower and snow shovels and it works for a while. It will make your seals softer, but there is no substitute for worn out seals but replacement.
