The media could not be loaded. Love this Bot. I actually read the review from one person that said it was the best he had in 20 years of different cleaners. I have to say I am very impressed. It picks up a lot of stuff. It climbs walls, steps, and varies in pattern. The literature says that it recognizes the patterns - similar to IRobot. Since it seems to finish in different areas of the pool, that appears to be correct.The only downside…not enough time settings. The presets start at 48 hours. I wish you could program for every day.The baskets (2) are decent size. The mesh is extremely fine so it picks up a ton of stuff. And the baskets are easy to clean.If it works like this for 2-3 years, I’ll be extremely happy.

We bought this last fall to use this year and so far, I've been really happy. It replaced an Aquabot TR4, and compared to that, this is so much lighter and easier to use. The debris compartments just pull out, flip open the door and spray them out with the hose, pop them back in.I saw some reviewers saying it died on them and I have to wonder if they left the control box in the sun? I did have an issue one day when the bot was in the pool all night and I went out mid afternoon to run it again. It wouldn't go on, but it was super hot outside and the box was hot. I disconnected it and brought the box in the house for an hour or so. When it was cool, I took it back outside and it worked fine. From now on, I make sure to find a shady place for the box.

I have tried several automatic pool cleaners that claim to do all sorts of fantastic things. The reality is that they all fall short. I had tried the Dolphin previous to this and it did a great job of filtering the water, but it did not scrub the waterline as it claimed and it had no mapping system so it missed a lot! The sub $5oo models are not even worth trying for in-ground pools. Having said that, this model was still almost $400 less than the Dolphin, and claims to have mapping...I must say, I don't see this thing mapping anything, but my expectations were already pretty low. It skips the edges, likes to climb up certain areas and continue to go up until it floats backwards away from the wall. It likes to clean the same are multiple times while ignoring other areas. I admit, it has done an acceptable job this past pool season, I have not had to clean the pool filter, so for that I am grateful. The filters on this compared to the Dolphin are so much more tedious and annoying to clean, they really need to come up with a better filter system, there is no way to remove the panels and debris gets stuck in all the crevices, nearly impossible to get clean. Still, it was $400 less! It looks like the wheels have seen some wear already, I wonder how much it will cost to replace them.

The controller for my old pool cleaner died and this one had a great price.The filters are so much easier to clean. It leaves the pool spotless. I do wish there was a way to hook it up to a timer.

This is my third purchase of the machine and each and every time it dies after less than a year of use. The company no longer accepts the 2 year warranty that is promised… BEWARE.

I've had a few robotic pool cleaners, this is the best so far! It covers the entire pool walls and all.

I give it a high rating for performance but, my last one only lasted 3 years. Just longer than the warranty.

One of the only robots that have filters with the same microns as the filter bags. Most say they get the fine particles but only go down to large sand and the light stuff will blow right through. This one does the job as advertised.

First year, worked very well and kept the pool floor lovely and clean. 12 months later it stopped working and I diagnosed a problem with the control pad / power supply.I had no response from the company when trying to claim against the 2 year warranty. Tried every available email address and heard nothing.Eventually, I just wanted to prove to myself it was a control unit problem so bought a 29v dc transformer (£15 and is for a reclining chair). I connected the robot to this transformer, expecting maybe the wheels to rotate but not work correctly because of all the "clever stuff" in the control box. It did in fact work perfectly! There are 4 wires connected to the socket in the control panel and only 2 wires in the plug from the robot! This means the only difference between the 3 programs you can choose is the length of the clean program (and I suspect even these are the same). This also means that the alarm light for filter blocked will never actually work. I have plugged the transformer into an Alexa socket and now the robot is more controllable and has more options than it ever did before - for a fraction of the cost!
