Gum shield goes gel like when warming up for moulding so becomes really warm and painful to put in mouth be warned. Colours and pictures are not like what arrives duller and not as clear either and def not as cool as pictures. Very pricey compared to others not worth the price on looks alone. Also just noticed front has finger indent from when moulding to mouth too.

Had lots of other mouth guards which have been rubbish, this one was perfect after first mould
