A bit Clunky but overall effective
I watched a review on Youtube on an earlier version which showed this product to be slow and clunky. It stated that subsequent versions would sort that out. Well it didn't. Once I discovered the settings to change the language it was very effective.

could code bmw x3 diesel injectors
Need this for one thing as per title. functions exquisitely. i dont doubt at this point that the other bmw coding features will function equally

Does not support the R53 Mini Cooper in a lot of ways that is says it will perform said functions.
The scanner looks well built, just not suitable on a 2005 Min Cooper R53 . Sad , nice looking piece of equipment , just a lot of unsupported functions that don't work.

Worst customer service ever.
Used for a while. It then wouldn't load. Their support team made EVERY excuse under the sun to say it was my error. So I followed their instructions for weeks but it never worked. They even tried to remotely fix it, using my pc as a gateway, but it never worked. Then they finally accepted that it was a bad unit, but still tried to make me pay for a new unit at a discount claiming they had to recycle the bad one. Seriously. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH for customer service.
