The product is good and working but they have to sell what they show

Distilled water, may be 50-100 ml plastic distilled water bottle could make it instantly usable.
Small distilled water unavailable quantity, renders it useless. Could have been supplied in small plastic bottle. Thus please think to make product fit for use

Came with neat packaging and a nifty little plastic case. Build quality of the product itself is quite good and it serves the purpose just fine.

Giving false reading
Very bad experience , working not properly, I bought it for my aquarium fish. it gave false reading showed as more alkaline , for neutrilizing I add vinigar in water but pH value not changing that time I felt doubt then checked with litmus paper that time I shocked pH value gone under 5, suddenly changed water & threw this pH meter in waste basket , if you really concern about your or your fish health please do not buy this waste product anyway I lost my money

VERY SLOW AND IN ACCURATE READING
Normal well water reads more that 8.5 which looks normally abnormal.It looks the device may be non calibrated
