My old toilet seat hinges popped off SO MUCH, I haven’t had any issues with these, cheap, do the job well, and super easy to install!

The bolts on my toilet seat had to be replaced and these worked perfectly.

These are fast and easy to install and secure the toilet seat properly to the bolw.

Ok- when I opened it it had 2 sets of washers (black rubber and metal). It all looked somewhat doubtful. No instructions. When I checked online again the 2 sets of washers that were shown were a thin black and a metal. Already what I received one set of washers was the wrong size( the black set). When installing at the very beginning and using both sets of washers I was unable to tighten. I was getting completely frustrated and at that very moment the product would have gone back to Amazon. However I decided to keep trying removed the black washer and proceeded to not be as careful (due to frustration)… I just figured I’ll keep tightening till it stops, compared to earlier I didn’t want to tighten too much. After a minute or two I checked under to see if anything was happening and noticed that the one of the pieces was infact shortening. So didn’t give up yet and kept tightening and after a couple minutes I noticed the toilet seat becoming less loose and I wasn’t able to tighten any more. Moved on to the other side and… it worked.It really worked. Toilet seat was better than before. Today is my 2nd day using it. It works. So far it works. No cracks, no sliding from side to side. I am pleasantly shocked. I was w/o a doubt 99.9% going to return.It works. It works. It works.The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven’t had it for a month yet so far on day 2. Things look solid!

These things are a definite buy if you are installing a toilet seat on a modern toilet where the nuts that hold the toilet seat to the toilet are hidden within the walls of the toilet. In our case we have Toto toilets throughout the house all with soft close lids that were installed by our plumber years ago and for whatever reason two of the seats had turned a faded yellow, so I decided to replace them. So try getting a wrench into a small rectangular hole in back of your toilet that's 6 inches from the wall to fit around a plastic nut that you can't see with one hand while you are trying to turn a flat head screw driver with your other hand just to get the old f*&*ing toilet seats off! So trust me, I wasn't going to go through that again when installing the new seats. So that's where these things come in. They are a breeze to install. However, they don't come with instruction, so pay attention to the picture when you install them; the threads go in first and as you screw them in, the screw pulls the black rubber up to tighten down the tiolet seat. Also, use some sort of lube/soap when pushing them into the holes. Great product and worth every penny.

I had been looking for these bolts and wash for the past weeks at different hardware places and walcmart, and I had no luck. They would give me some universal ones that did not work when I saw this on Amazon i I thought I would give it a try.It arrived. And they fit perfect. Thank you

It seems sturdy, but it still shifts to the left/right. If some "star-type" lock-washers were used to dig into the plastic, it would prevent it from moving. The release button popped apart when I removed the packaging, but it just pushed back together. I reassembled it, but I found a loose spring in the packaging. I think this was for the button, but it seems to work without it. Minus two stars for the price and reduced quality.
