100% Organic Wildflower Honey captures the nectar from a myriad of flowering trees, shrubs and flowers. Honey bees busily fly from flower to flower returning the nectar from a multitude of blossoms in the remote mountains of Brazil to their hive. There are no pesticides, chemicals in use in these Brazilian mountain regions. When all these nectars are combined, they create a full-bodied, hearty Honey, it is best described as Wildflower. 100% Organic Wildflower Honey has a deep, rich and hearty flavor and is typically used in your tea or coffee, when baking and when you are cooking.

very good portable organic wildflower honey, only thing that could make this better is if it were raw
So, I wanted some honey packets that I could pack in my kids' lunches/snacks. I like to send them with Ozery Mini Morning Rounds for a snack and I like to add honey to put on it, or sometimes I'll send whole wheat blend cinnamon graham crackers and they put honey on those. I tried sending honey sticks but the fear those not traveling well in they backpacks got the better of me so I decided I needed packets. I shopped around a lot before buying these, and I did not get to taste anything before choosing obviously, so I was buying based on price really, and making sure it was pure honey, organic is nice, raw even better, and nothing oddly flavored. Serving sizes are pretty standard, one reviewer here said these packets were so tiny, well, according to the FDA a serving of honey is one teaspoon, which is what these packets are, .25oz. Some packets I found were a tiny bit bigger (.32oz) and some were a tiny bit smaller (.175oz), but the differences in size were so slight it did not affect my decision making. Another reviewer said that theirs arrived totally crystalized, there were a couple in my box that were a little crystalized, I am sure every box that goes can be different, but the majority were not and even so one of my kids actually really likes honey when it gets like that. A little heat and the crystallization goes away by the way. The taste is just fine, very much like all other wildflower/non-single-source honeys I have tasted. And I really like that these are organic. The only reason these are a 4 star for "like" and not a 5 star for "love" is that they are not raw, or if they are raw they are not labeled as such and I so I have no way of knowing. I would definitely buy these again though.

Great Honey
Love these. Most of the packets had crystals in them, this made it difficult to squeeze all of the honey out. So, I put the honey packet inside the hot beverage for about 10 seconds and it melted the honey well enough so that I could get the remainder out of the packaging. Had I not done this, I don't think I would be pleased with this product. Not that it doesn't taste great, cause it does. But because I would have left most of the product behind as it was rather difficult extracting it all without heating it up first.

crystallized
Every packet in this was crystallized. cannot remove the honey from the packaging. (I could warm it in hot water, but I do not reheat any foods in plastic due to off gassing. So, this was a total waste of money. will not reorder.

Bad Honey
Honey is very old crunchy instead of smooth.

Wouldn’t buy again
This honey was very hard in the package. I couldn’t use it. There was no 800# on the packaging for me to contact the manufacturer.

Would not purchase again.
Bought this for a trip. The honey was crystallized. Was not able to use it even by putting the packets in hot water.
