If you have a Cricut with a setting dial, make sure the dial is on vinyl. If no setting dial, make sure in the Cricut design space you have the setting in iron-on. You can try a couple of things, replace your cutting blade if it’s older or have used on heavier materials or try using answering that requires a harder cut such as glitter or shimmer iron on. They requires a harder press when cutting. Hope this helps.

Q: The tutorials i've found don't match the instructions that came w/the htv. do i cut pattern side up w/o mirror?

When you are cutting an iron-product, you should always put the material face down AND make sure Mirror ON! That way when you transfer it to your product the image is the right way, not backwards.
