Q: Would my 5 year old like this?

The toy is similar to the Talking Tom app on most phones. My 5 year old loved to hear his voice change and be repeated back, but it got old fast for both of us. 30 mins of play time and then it became a fixture on the shelf.

Yes the background noise is horrible if there is any echoing or anyone else talking. Plus the robot is super high pitched when speaks back to you and difficult to understand if you don’t have a slow deep voice.
