Was highly recommended by a close friend who has tried their products & buys from them regularly. Loved the packaging and easy to consume curcumin capsules. Important thing in that I wanted to be sure of was the % of turmeric ( the regular haldi that we consume daily) versus the ke ingredient i.e curcuminoids. They have 500 mg per serving ( in 2 caps) along with black pepper extract so it seems good. been about 2 weeks of using it.

I bought this product to help level out hormone levels and support my body in a variety of ways. Have noticed a huge difference in my mood, calmnes and energy. I believe everyone should be taking a mushroom supplement daily. They are such a powerhouse of nutrition!

Don't know whether the product does actually anything or just for traditional use. God knows! Didn't realize any distinct effect of consuming it.
